Dumbo truck is probably the first food truck in Shanghai. It will say in elEfante restaurant’s garden. As food trucks are not legal in China, we created our version of a vintage van, adapted to our needs.  Its equipped with a full bar and DJ stand (back window). On its trailer we can cook 1.2 meters diameter paellas and has a barbeque station with gas and charcoal grill. Perfect to throw a nice party at the garden!
