Le Champagne is a French restaurant focused on fresh seafood and bubbles. The restaurant is located on the rooftop of Mansion Hotel, a heritage building design by the architect Lafayette in 1932. The design reminds of a French greenhouse, and plays with the contrast of classic vs modern elements and materials. Altogether creating an elegant and cozy space enjoying one of the best views of the old Shanghai.
