My Butchery is a modern interpretation of the traditional butcher and rotisserie shop. The design portrays a sleek, clean and modern concept to make it attractive to the new local Chinese customers. Low clear fridges divide the space between working areas and the entrance. Chalkboards and contemporary designed mounted animal heads provide character to the white tiled walls. The butchery also features outdoor seating with colorful neon lights contrasting within early 1920’s surrounding buildings.
